I worked nights for 7 years while working my way through college - it is tough. You can do this (if you get a chance read the first page of my blog - you'll need to scroll back a few to get to it). If I can do it - anyone can.

One tip for getting started. Check out the nutritional and fitness trackers. They are some of the best out there and when used together can be valuable tools in your journey. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Advice then . . . if you can swing it, buy the book "The Spark" and read it. It's a great book. The thing is, if you just go on a diet and add a little exercise in order to lose some weight, there's a good chance you won't succeed. The Spark will help you be successful in a way that's magageable for you.
This is a long term committment to change. There's no other way. Are you good with that?

Hello, I am new to this and would like to introduce myself. I am a mother of 3 boys, a nurse( nightshift) and a student. I live in Northern Kentucky, Independence and I am desperate to make this happen, I feel miserable being so overweight. Any advice is appreciated.
