Morning All! Tori just joining and ready to Spring into Action! It's been a while since I have participated in Sparkpeople. I started when my kids were in middles school, now they are first & second year in college. I still like my exercises such as Trampoline and hula hoop and videos plus I started using Wii as an exercise tool. My newest exercise fun is the "Yvolution scooter!" That is the scooter where you swing left to right to move the scooter in addition to pushing yourself. So fun! Well folks, happy & Thankful to be Able to Move. All my best.

I Pledge to forgive myself for the past & keep going no matter how many times I fall. I have the strength and self discipline. I will give my challenges to the Lord. I WILL HAVE A FRESH START EVERY DAY!!

Hi, my name is Donna. I am leader for the Small Goals Commitment Challenge team, my SP name is GMADONNA70.

Hi! My name is Ashley. I am 27 and my boyfriend and I have decided to get in better shape and eat healthier together. We started dating almost eleven years ago and I was sitting at about 25 pounds over the weight I was when we started dating. I have been pregnant twice and do not want to get down to 105 again, but I am aiming for 115 (then I want to work on gaining just muscle mass). Hopefully this bootcamp, along with some of the other challenges, will keep me on track through school and parenting.

Hello! I am Julia. I turn 40 this June and I have big plans. I want to wear a skimpy two piece swimsuit, run a race that is at least a half marathon and dance really dance this year. HI guys, I am not new to the Sparks scene. A few years back I went from 210lbs to 145 lbs in 6 months thanks to logging in exercise and food on here and doing 21 Day Fix and Shakeology. Well.... time, life, kids (a million other reasons), I am back up to 199lbs. I am 38 and needing to rid this 60lbs for GOOD! I had a hysterectomy 3 months ago and the weight is piling on. I have been back active on this site each day as well as I am a Beach Body Coach....already in 2 weeks doing 21 Day Fix & beast body and drinking Shakeology once a day, I am down 8lbs and 1/5 inch off my things.......would love to start a challenge group to keep me and others motivated!

Hi everyone! My name is Linda.I am trying this challenge over again! I tried it a few years ago and think I made past like week one and that was the end of that. Today I am going to start again, seeing that it is May 1st I thought what a better time to do so. Hey there everyone,

I'm Linda. I have completed the Walk About Challenge and then the Skinny Jean Challenge. I like these 4 week challenges because they mix up my exercise routine, they hold me accountable and they help me tackle my weight loss in small increments, one month at a time. I am joining this team to push myself for the next 30 days. I am going on vacation on April 10 so I want to be in top shapeI intend to work very hard for the next 30 days.My stress is my inability to lose I have a thyroid problem and my metabolism is soooooooooooooo slow. I go down 1 and then up 3 so discouraging. I want to lose just 6 pounds in this month but it will still be hard for me. My age does not help either I am 63 soon to be 64 on my trip. I will push it and hope for the best.
