Welcome. This is the place to find answers, I just clicked on options and keep looking. Getting started is the best place to go to, It took me several days to finally get familiar (mostly) with what is available. emoticon .

First thing after I log in, I go to my nutrition tracker and decide on my menu for the day, it will give me all the stats I need, calories, carbs, fats, protein. This is such a Blessing.

emoticon We (spark People) will help.

Spark people com is all about making life style changes that works for the rest of your life it isn't a diet but a way of living

Are you measuring & weighing your foods/or just guessing what a serving is? are you exercising regularly? Most of us haven't a clue as to what a real serving size looks like and that is our main problem

Wishing you much success on your journey

Would like to introduce myself to you all. I am just starting, and very confused with a few things. I am unsure how to get help, and who I can talk to. If anyone can help me with getting started, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to let someone know where I am in my diet and fitness regime as I already have one in place, and find out how I fit Spark people into that in order to make it work. I am getting rather frustrated. After my son was born 6 years ago, I lost 80+ lbs over 2-21/2 years, kept it off for 2-21/2 years, then it has started coming on the past two years. No matter how many times I try to "start fresh", and get back to the mindset I was in when I lost the weight, the scale just keeps going up!!!
