I agree about the strength training does help but at the same time it does take time for the body to change and lose inches a month isn't that long I'd be more concerned if you said you were working out for 6 months and no change in how your clothes fit Hang in there

Hey TONYAO2,
Are you just doing cardio, or are you also lifting weights or doing a workout with some resistance bands. By working diff muscles, you will tone up as well as burn more fat. Keep up the good work!!

I have joined a couple weeks ago, but I have been working out for over a month on the treadmill and drinking so much water I feel like I am floating. I have only lost a couple pounds. I feel stronger but, I want the belly gone.. I don't see any change in my size regarding my clothes. As most women I am sure, the boobs have gone down, but the rest has held on strong.. I don't know what to do.. Any idea's?
