I agree - put in your best guess and move on! It is normal and nothing to beat yourself up over. Being aware and continuing to track will help you through it! Good for you!!!

I think you did awesome. First, you recognized the bad choice, stopped its progress, and then admitted that it happened. Maybe next time it won't happen because you thought about what you were doing. If this has been a pattern for you then this has to be a step in the right direction. Don't be too hard on yourself. As for the calories... I would list the main things that you ate, pick an amount, and go with it. Don't worry about the exacts this time. It will give you an estimate of what you did to yourself and maybe next time those empty calories will come to mind before you do it again. Good luck and don't let it get you down. Again, you did awesome!

I just caught myself in a binge. This is the first time this has happened this week. I guess I have binge ate my whole life but just now I actually scared myself a bit with how I was eating. And now I don't know how to track what I ate, because I didn't measure anything and I have no idea how much I actually ate. I know is wasn't too much, I didn't finish the amount there, but it was a good amount and I think there was a fair amount of sugar in it. It was Chinese food that my boss brought for me. I hadn't let her know that I'd started this, I guess it's time to let her know! Wow, so does anyone have any good ideas about what I should do to accurately track those calories? I know that is a lot to ask, but I am really confused now. Also I see that this is going to take willpower that I don't yet have.
