emoticon I would imagine with 5 you get lots of exercise in maybe just not as intense as it should be This site will help with the motivation and support just join in post as often as you can ( you may not be able to do that as your hands are full) My only suggestion would be is to track your foods and you are active with 5 children

to Spark People but not to trying to lose weight! I have a happy life, married to a gem of a man and we have 5 lovely kidlets who keep us laughing and on our toes. My hobbies are pretty sedentary, so I need to find ways to be more active. Before our bonus baby came, I had lost 35+ pounds with exercising 4-5x per week and eating really well. Needless to say, pregnancy and nursing changed all that. Baby M is now 2 and I am finally ready to get rid of this extra weight! We moved a few months ago and the stress of that plus vacations has added up to a 15 pound gain! YUCK! I love to sing, cook, stamp and am learning to sew. I dabble in family history/genealogy too! I hope this is a big help for me to stay motivated. Thanks for reading!
