I just signed up yesterday so am very new to all of this. It will take me awhile to catch on. Took me about an hour to figure out how to put in my food! But I got it now. I'm 59 years old and the weight is no longer creeping up on me, it is galloping. Decided I have to do something. Motivation is my key detractor (or lack there of). I'm walking and doing strength exercises (second day today--goal of six times per week). Didn't realize how out of shape I am. I'm also tracking food as a goal. That's about it for now. I hope to be on more frequently once I learn my way around.
