That is how I started by tracking and it sure was an eye opening experience for me I nibble & munched all day and drank soda It was amazing the calories I was putting into my bodywith little to no exercise

Thanks Linda!! The first step I'm taking nutrition wise is to track everything I eat this week to see what I'm really putting into my mouth everyday. After only one day so far, I'm pretty shocked. I never noticed what a bite here and there can do number wise. Thanks again for your helpful advice!

emoticon Amanda to team & SP you have been taking the 1st steps to a healthier you great you love spin classes and are running at the park My suggestion would be to purchase a good food scale measuring cups & spoons to get you going track foods I have more success when I track then I do when I don't.

Hello all, I've tried to lose weight and get fit a trillion times before. No previous attempts have lasted longer than 2 weeks. My husband is going overseas, I want him to come home to the beautiful fit wife he deserves. I have recently started taking spin classes (love them) and running outdoors at my local park. The nutrition part is the hardest. I just can't seem to eat healthy! Help! I need the extra motivation. Also, I need to quit smoking!
