Hello All,

I am new on here, but I am trying to get into the swing of things. I have some pretty big weight loss goals (80+ lbs) but I know it is going to be slow starting due to my fibromyalgia. I am determined and I am excited to start this new chapter in my life. Time to get myself back in shape so I feel like me again! emoticon

I just joined. I gained quite a bit of weight when I injured my lower back. I try to exercise to strengthen it then end up hurting myself. Then I get discouraged and stop. I am tired of being in constant pain. I want to lose the weight and strengthen my core. That is my goal. According to my doctor, this should help with the pain problem.
