I love your screen name. I wish I had thought about it. I only turn 30 in january 2013 but I Would love to be able to fit into a cute little dress for the big 30. I also weight 193 (unlike you I am obsessed with looking at scale) and even though I know I should be under 145, I would be over the moon happy at 150. Good luck with your journey. Hopefully we can do it together and both succeed.

emoticon to the emoticon I also love Zumba I usually will go to the gold class but I do take regular one as well All that matters is that you are moving don't be afraid of the scale jump on it but take your measurements as well so you have 2 ways to measure your progress. I squeeze my workouts in on days off from work and after work when I get done at an decent hour and sometimes before work emoticon

Hi!

I guess my username says most of it. I want to be fit and healthy before I turn 30 (in April of 2012). I'm the heaviest I've ever been and want to get to the thinnest I can remember. I want to lose about 40 pounds (but truth be told I'm still working up the courage to get on the scale). I think I'd be content at 150 - that seems so far away right now.

I have a little bit of exercise ADD and like everything from kettlebell, running, hiking, biking, and zumba. I just need to find time to do some of it. Last time around I focuses a lot on doing on activity, but this time I think I'm going to embrace the ADD and do a whole bunch of different things. It doesn't really matter how I exercise so long as I do.

I look forward to getting to know everyone!
