Hi all, I am new to Sparkpeople. I have heard a lot about this website, and after attempting diet after diet (counting points, starving myself with shakes, diet pills) and failing, I have finally decided to give this a try. I have spend a few days looking around and this is really starting to make sense, lets get back to the basics of eat less, burn more and track what you put in. I have seen a lot of great successes on this site and hope to one day be one of them. I have been overweight all of my life and after having two children I am now considered obese. Ouch that hurt when I heard that. I hope to meet a lot of great people and get some support/ friendly competion.
