Get the kids involved. You will be surprised how quickly they choose healthy snacks over junk food. Nothing better than to see your kids reach past the cookies and Little deb IRS and grab an apple or Orange

Hi everyone! My name is Brigitte and my goal is to lose 109 lbs. I am a stay at home mother to 3 children (ages 9, almost 5 and almost 2) and a wife to a hard working husband. I eat too much, exercise too little and very rarely get a full night's sleep. I am working on portion control first and exercise second starting at 10 min a session. I fear a full night's sleep will not happen until my youngest child gets a little older. emoticon
