Karen...welcome and good luck. I have not heard of that program you mentioned..but I am not fond of pills for weight loss either. For me...healthy diet....exercise as much as you the path that I follow. Stop by the team page for support as often as you can.

Hi Everyone -

I'm Karen and I need a new approach to weight loss. My husband & I signed up for the WeightNot program and I really do not like all the pills that I'm required to take daily. I like their approach of lean meat and lots of fruits and veggies, but I really miss my skim milk and cheese! I feel like I'm missing out on food because I'm not able to eat from all the food groups. I know I'm off to a good start, but I want to incorporate the foods that I'll be eating when the pills run out.

I've lost about 20 lbs and would like to lose about 30-35 more lbs.
