For individuals with a busy schedule, planning and small activities are the key. Walk for ten minutes three times a day....pack a zip loc bag of carrots, buy some of those portable fruit puree packs, granola bars, etc....make sure you take a minute or two to eat a small healthy snack throughout the day and when you are sitting down for a main meal, you are less hungry.

Consistent water is also the key. I go nowhere without my water bottle. I went to court with my water bottle in hand (jury duty....calm down...lol)

I've been trying to lose weight for 16 years now, been up and down 10 lbs, but added ten more with each kid (I have 5). We are in full time ministry, so I want to be a good example to the kids and college students that we minister to. I have even had my thyroid tested and it's low, but not in the medicating range, so I'm battling a crazy, inconsistent schedule, and a feeling of hopelessness that I can ever truly regain my health again.
