Thanks for the great info, I just figured out how to reply and not start a whole new one, oops. At any rate I have been using the 30 ounces of water and that is helping, plus I have been having breakfast on my way to work so that helps along with some veggie snacks on the way home, my drive is around 45 minutes on a good day so I have night pigged out after work for the past week! I still am having days that I eat way to little, but that is getting better. I lost a little over 4lbs last week which was great, will keep trying!

Thanks!

Great to have you here.

A busy life and healthy eating requires planning. Small snacks preplanned allows you to snack on the run. Small smacks and consistent water drinking will curb the binge eating at night. Also, when skipping meals is completely unavoidable, chug 30oz of water before dinner. I guarantee you will eat less.

I am a 33 years old. I am married and have 3 kids. I am glad I found this web site, I am 5ft 4in. and weigh 219. I have been on prilosec for almost a year and have gain 45 pounds since getting put on so I am hoping by logging what I eat and my exercise that I will be able to break though and lose that weight! I am also a RN and love my job but with the job there are days that all you do is run and not eat so by the time I get home I pig out! So I am going to try to bring my lunch and snack on the days I work hope it all helps.
