Hi Jenn,
You the nail on the head with clean eating. Diet is the #1 tool you need for shedding those pounds and shredding your body. Watch your sodium intake closely, make sure your calories in balance your calories out, and focus on eating clean, wholesome, and prefeably natural foods. With exercise the key is to keep your body guessing. Do not fall into any set routine, change things up often.

Those last pounds are the toughest. I know personally I want to lose another 10 to 15 pounds to get "exactly" where I want to be. It was easy losing when I had hundreds of pounds to lose, when I have so fet to shred, the challenge seems mush larger.

Hey all. My name is Jenn. I'm 21 and would like to lose 15-20 and get nicely toned. I'm trying to start eating healthy and clean. I'm new to this group. Any one have any advice?
