Kathy.....welcome and good luck. You have come to the right place. Make a plan...starting with planning your meals and snacks...and moving for excercise. Stick to it and you will start seeing the changes take place.

Hello,

My name is Kathy and I want to lose 30lbs. For a while now I've been struggling with myself over workout sessions and eating right. No matter how long I stick with something, all it takes is one day for it to all come crashing down. Hopefully this time will be the time I succeed. :)
