thanks you I think I should prob start with some light weights and walking. any suggestions on what exercises to do after my 6wks are up?

Welcome to the team! And congrats on your weight loss! Sounds like you are already off to a good start living healthy for your new family. The first time I tried running after having my son, I felt like all my organs were going to fall out. So be sure to start slow, listen to your body and give yourself time to get back to your previous fitness level safely.

Hello Mamas, I'm a new mom myself had my baby girl September 18th. She means everything to me. I want to be healthier for her and for myself. I excited to start exercising in another 2wks here. I gained 18lbs during my pregnancy and has of today lost 25lbs. Looking forward to chatting with all you mamas :)
