I graduated from Mayville High. Lived about a half mile off of the Horicon Marsh. Then moved to St Paul, MN for college and ended up in River Falls.

What part of Wisconsin? I was born and raised in Sheboygan and lived in the Oshkosh / Appleton Areas as an adult. I moved to Georgia 8 years ago. I was just back in WI last week for a visit, so that all my extended family could meet Avery. The weather was beautiful for September, and definitely a nice change from the 90 degrees we'd been having in GA since May!

Yep South of Arlington, west of Grand Prairie. Have you been in the area long?

I'm still directionally challenged around here, but that's over by Grand Prairie, right? I'm between Red Oak and Glen Heights.

Sweet! I'm down in Mansfield. How bout that cool front! I wore long sleeves today just because it was under 90.

Good to have you on the team, Lynette! My little guy was born a few days after Mother's day so they are really close in age.

Poor little Sweet Pea! I can't imagine how hard it must be to watch your baby be treated for that condition. The things they can do with today's medical technology is nothing short of amazing, but that certainly doesn't make it any easier to handle.

Take care of yourself and your family as best you can, that's all anyone can ask of you.

Welcome to the team!! I'm SO sorry to hear about your baby's health. That has got to be so challenging to deal with. I really hope that when it's all said and done, you'll get your happy, healthy baby! We're here if you need some support.

Love,
Hillary

Just realized this team was here =)

I was part of the Fit and Pregnant team, but then quit that because I didn't really have the time (or patience) to deal with all the preggo members =)

Sweet Pea is 4 months old (born on Mother's Day) and it's been quite the ride since. She's our 4th, but it's been a completely different experience. We had a home birth with her, and based on physical characteristics, our midwife strongly suggested that we have her tested for Down Syndrome and related health issues. Not really what you want to hear when you were expecting a healthy baby =( Once we got in to see a cardiologist, we found out that she needs surgery to repair a hole in her heart. The last couple months have been a roller coaster ride of emotions, dr's appointments and trying to figure out our new normal =)

Hoping to find time to keep up with everything and get back into the fitness side of things. Especially now that summer is over- I hope.
