I feel your pain. It took me 5 years of trying to conceive before I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. My cycle was very irregular and the doctors insisted that I get on the pill to get my body back in balance. Of course, I refused because I had my heart set on having a baby. Needless to say, it was extremely depressing. One day it just happened on its own.
When I decided to try for baby #2, who will be turning 2 years old this month, I ran into the same problem. It took me 2 years to conceive. This time I tried using a hormone cream to get my body in balance. One of my girlfriends, who is an RN, was an Arbonne consultant at the time and recommended that I give it a try. Suprisingly, it worked! It took about 3-4 months of using it, but it did ultimately work for me. If you have any interest in checking it out, its called Prolief Natural Balancing Cream.
Good luck to you and keep you head up! :-)

So what you need to know. I am a 22 year old female with a bachelors in English. I married my high school sweet heart about a year ago. We always had plans to have kids right out of college, so we set the ball in motion by buying our first home to raise our family in. We have been trying to concieve since April 2010, in March of 2011 I thought since I was two weeks late it had finally happened, but I was wrong. I have had some severe medical problems since I was in a car wreck many years ago. When I got my results back from the doctor I was not pregnant, but instead had a horrible hormone imbalance along with a whole list of other things. Anyways she sent me to a group of specialist who basically said the likely hood of me getting pregnant on my own is about 10%, but they would like me to get my weight under control before they would allow us to undergo fertility treatments. So I have fallen apart, because all I have ever wanted to be is a mom and now I am so concerned that a) it might now happen or b) it is definately going to take longer than we had planned. I am trying to be positive and put my efforts into changing my lifestyle choices but each day I start with the struggle just to wake up and put on a smile, go to work face friends and family all knowing that the only dream I have ever had is falling to pieces.
