emoticon Tonya!! So thrilled to have you with us! I'm the BBs co-leader (Babysteps Brigade) and Amanda's (BLESSEDBEING) big sister. While I introduced her to SP way back when, she created this team and it's the only one I belong to.

As Amanda said, we have a few active members, and do love supporting one another. I too am overweight (about 50 #) and have tons of clutter that is also weighing me down. My successes are often measured in INCHES...but I want to acknowledge and celebrate ALL progress in the forward direction. We sometimes use emoticon or emoticon to symbolize our team....SLOWLY making progress, sometimes at a CRAWL.

We're a team that loves laughter emoticon and are gladly share both tough and easy issues. Please have some fun with us.... emoticon

emoticon Hi there, Tonya, and emoticon to the BBs! We are a small team with just a few active members, but we are very supportive. emoticon And we truly like to celebrate emoticon not just big milestones, but all the little steps emoticon it takes to reach them!

Making time for ourselves is a huge issue for many of us! I also work full time, and keep working on applications trying to get a better position. Then there's the clutter I keep trying to shed! I reached my first weight loss goal after ~2 and a half years of babystepping. I haven't gotten down to the top of the healthy weight range (about 10 # away), but I'm at the low end of the overweight range, and so much happier and healthier (especially my knees!) emoticon So clutter remains my big issue--a different kind of weight I'm carrying.

Anyway, I hope your will find inspiration and fellowship here. emoticon Wishing you much success and joy! emoticon

Blessed Be, Amanda

Hi, my name is Tonya.I have been a member of SP for a while, but I recently came back to give this another shot. Babysteps Brigade was a featured team, so I decided to give the team a try to see if it was right for me. Between work and school, I barely have time for myself...let alone eating healthy and exercising. As of lately, I've been doing bodyweight strength training at home and walking around my neighborhood for my cardio. I want to lose 100 pounds, so I need to get it together.
