emoticon Sorry this was so late in coming, but I am not getting any notifications of any kind, so I am a little out of the loop and have to go through the forum topic by topic.
I am so glad to see you here and I know you are going to love this plan. I think my co-leaders have covered just about everything you need to know, so I will just say Welcome and can't wait to see how you do.
You do now that men lose a lot faster than women, so be kind to all of us slow losers lol.

emoticon Follow the diet exactly and you will be pleasantly surprised that not only will you lose weight but all your stats will drastically improve. My blood pressure and cholesterol are now normal. Even my husband who doesn't need to lose weight but recently found out that he was diabetic has astounded his doctor by a normal glucose in just 3 1/2 months. I do all the cooking, so he eats what I do with the addition of the accepted starches from C2 every day. We had 2 other guys but I haven't seen any posts lately from them. I think they lost what they had to lose so hopefully you will too!

Just remember the first few days are the hardest and you can do anything for 7 days!

Great job! Make sure that you read the book from cover to cover as there are tips for cycle one all the way through. You will probably be like the other great guys on our user group and charge through your weight loss very quickly. You guys have that great metabolism that I'm so jealous of. Glad that you are with us!

I just started the 17 Day Diet. I am on day two and I already feel like I have more energy. I am amazed at how I am enjoying all the veggies. I've been a red meat lover for year, and in just two days I can see how much healthier I could have been. I have to thank my doctor for suggesting that I buy the book. The best move I have ever made.
