ohh yeah I forgot to mention that.. I am doing some strengthening exercises at home, it's mainly the cardio that I'm unable to do regularly. Maby I'll try to find some indoor exercises if I can't go to the gym next winter, but for now the weather is finally good enough so that I have no excuse. I'm going out running tomorrow :D

You don't need a gym to get exercise. Look at some of the SP exercise videos and pictures to come up with a good plan for your time. You can get just as good a workout at home as in the gym.
Go for it.

I joined about a month ago but due to computerproblems I haven't been able to use this site untill now.

I'm from Iceland so I'm sorry if my english "sounds" a bit off sometimes.

But back to the point. I'm 25 years old and my goal is to shed my pregnancy weight and then some more. I'm 70 kg now and that's the heaviest I've ever been. I want to lose about 15 kg and that's about 5 kg more than I was before I got pregnant.

The problem with my plan is that the gym here doesn't have a child care so it's been difficult for me to find a time to go to the gym. I try to go whenever my boyfriend isn't working in the morning but that hasn't been to often. I probably could go after work on weekdays but I work from 8-4 and my son goes to sleep at 8 so I find it hard to spend that little time I get with him at the gym. I always take an extra long session on saturdays (except for today because I couldn't find a babysitter) to make up for the short sessions on weekdays.

But I'm determined to make a workout plan around that time so now that the weather here is getting better I'm either going to wake up extra early to take a jog before I go for a short session at the gym and then I can go home before my boyfriend has to go to work.. or take a jog with the babycart.

but wow this short introduction is getting way to long so I think I'll just shut up for now ;)
