Welcome to Spark... and to this team!

I always recommend starting w/ the Nutrition Tracker first... I find that it helped me the most when I first started on SP. Make sure you record every single bite that you eat... and then check out your "totals" at the end of the day so that you can learn where your areas for improvement are.

You are correct that there is alot of information & resources on this site. Take your time navigating through it all and find what works best for you. Don't try to jump into everything at once or you'll feel overwhelmed.

GOOD LUCK reaching your goals!!!

Welcome. This is a very helpful site. I hope you can take full advantage of all it has to offer.
Look at the Community Message Boards for questions. Look at the many teams out there. I bet there's even a Disney fan team for you.
Read the SP articles every day to learn all you can to make positive changes in your lifestyle.
Good luck.
