Welcome to Spark... and to this team!

My best advice is to get out of the "diet" mentality! SP is all about permanent healthy lifestyle changes that lead to lasting weight loss rather than a "quick fix" that diets promise. It's not going to be an overnight thing... but hey, we didn't put this weight on overnight either, right?

Utilize the information & tools available on this site, as well as the support of the members, and you will be successful!
