Sounds like you have a great program in place already. My only suggestion is to switch your thought process from "diet" to healthy lifestyle changes... because that's the only way to find permanent success!

i work'd out for years but got away from it & gain'd way to much weight. i've been back 2 work'g out for 17 wks & 4wks dieting. the first 2 wks of diet'g i have lost 8lbs. i join'd this team for daily encourage'mt, advise & accountability. i have a trainer that is very good & has started me back on the right excerise track but i still need more daily encourage'mt, tips & advise and i like this team already & i'm just beginning. my goal is to lose 50lbs get back to what i was just 10 yrs ago. i was 130 lbs & very toned. i have had excellent health all my life & i want to keep that going into my 50's. i came across your site by accident & very happy that i did.
