Welcome to SP.
You should open your Spark page and goals so everyone can interact with you.
There's a lot of good in SP that will help you get where you want to go. Just set up your goals and start tracking your food and exercise. You will learn a lot and be able to make positive changes in your life.

Hey everyone!!! So sometime last week I was searching for a good daily cleanse and ran into a SparkPeople bloggers blog. She was so inspiring, I decided to join! I was able to lose about a 40 lbs on my own a few years ago, going from 180+ to about 145... went on a family trip out of the country and came back with some major digestion issues... Needless to say, eating right wasn't easy, I've been in and out of doctors offices, and well working out was pretty much nil! I just saw a recent video of myself... and I am not very happy about it, I have plateued to about 165 and would love to get back to the 140s again (the smallest I've ever been and was only there for a short lived month or so before I got "sick") or even to my ideal of 130s... I've gradually become more active, I'm TIRED of using my stomach issues as a crutch, and well, for whatever reason this past weekend I feel like I caught some kind of spark!!! I just want to RUN WITH IT and KEEP GOING!!! Sooooooo I'm here.... and I AM SO READY!!!! I have a big trip for a friend's wedding to South America in May and would LOVE LOVE LOVE to just FEEL AMAZING and LOOK FABULOUS!!! BRING IT ON!!!! :)
