Welcome to Spark... and to this team!

There are some great articles under the Healthy Lifestyle tab on this site that discuss and make suggestions for college students eating healthfully w/ limited choice. Be sure to check them out! There are also articles about low carb options as well. I go to these articles all the time... even for just "refreshers".

I just joined Sparkpeople and I'm hoping I can get some solid practical help here. I am in college and on a meal plan with the school so my food choices are limited. Can anyone tell me some every day, average food items I can choose to eat over others? I cant just choose something I want and go with that, I'm wanting to know so low carb and calorie choices that are possibly easily acessable for me while I'm here at school!!
