Just jumping in to say howdy to everyone! I'm new to SP, and new to getting back to looking and feeling great! I started my transformation 4 weeks ago when I started C25K. After 3 weeks of running and seeing weight gains, I decided I might need to do a bit more, so here I am.

Trying hard to not be discouraged, and I am feeling better after surfing around the forums here. As I told my husband, I'm gonna lose my butt even if I have to carve it off with a knife! So here's to the future! emoticon
