Welcome to Spark... and to this week's class!

I can relate... I am a fan of a good glass of wine too! What I've started doing when I do have a glass is mix is w/ club soda.... then I have a wine spritzer, and it's only half the calories!

new to this site, and their is so much going on, well i am zoeyanme i am 54 yr old i don"t have a problem with exercise, for i really enjoy exercising and riding my road bike, my problem is drinking wine. so my goal is to cut out the wine and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day and so far 3 days without wine but i am working on the water,i am trying to lose this last 15 lbs that i just can't seam to shake.
