Welcome to Spark... and to this week's class!

I'm not a vegetarian myself, but I know there is a very supportive Sparkteam as one of my friends is a member of it and LOVES it! If you haven't already, I highly recommend that you check it out.

Hi, I'm a single parent of an adult child, and a grandmother of a teenage young man. I never have enough time to plan meals, cook, exercise, take time for myself. This is my second attempt at Spark People; my daughter and sister have lost weight using it and I'm hoping I will also. I recently started to be a vegetarian, but had to slow down on cutting out chicken and fish because I was getting very depressed just eating eggs, cheese, beans, nuts as proteins. I can use as much support, help, and suggestions as I can get.
