NOTFATCAT had great advice!

Motivation was one of my issues when I first started too. I recommend checking out the Motivation articles under the Healthy Lifestyle tab on this site. They really seemed to help me find my own motivation!

Well, you were motivated to get onto SP so that's a start!!
Motivation is found within ones self. You can get some help from reading SP blogs and talking within SP teams. Also introduce yourself on the Community Message Boards as well as read others entries.
Set your goals in SP. Figure out what you want from yourself. Then get determined to make those goals.
Track your food before you eat it which means planning. Batch cook. Have healthy snack ready. Walk every day. Get your entire family involved in your goals and do not let them stand in your way.
Sounds easy? It isn't, at least not always. You control you.

Hi I am married with 3 children and a foster child, my youngest child is 15. I work full time. I do 1 hour Yoga, Pilates and badminton each week but can't seem to lose weight. I need some motivation. :-(
