Hi Everybody! I just found this SparkPeople website yesterday, there's a lot going on and I haven't figured everything out, but I am so encouraged! I need to lose weight, get healthy, and live to 100. Those are my goals. I'm 55 now, so I've got 45 good years to go! I'm going to Disneyland in May, I want to have the strength and stamina for 3 days of Magic! I completely hate cheeses, yogurt, and any other product essentially make with milk that has gone bad. And I don't eat "burgers", I don't like sandwiches in general (can't stand anything wet on bread!). I don't like fast food. The only fruit I can't eat is avocado (slimy!). I've been Vegetarian Mon-Fri and allowing a little meat on Sat & Sun. Actually, I'm a Pescatarian, because I'm not giving up my shrimp and crab and I love seafood in general. I have been following advice from Dr. Oz and his RealAge website, but they really cater to cheese eaters and people who got fat eating fast food (they are constantly pushing the yogurt...yuk!) I'd like a buddy, someone else who doesn't like cheese????? Good luck to all, I'm glad to be here!
