Hi Louise! Nice to meet you! It sounds like you've got a good program in place for your workouts, but didn't mention how you're eating... You might need to shake up the way you're fueling to break through your plateau. As far as the site, it can be confusing and overwhelming in the beginning, but once you figure it out its pretty easy. Take a few days (weeks) to explore the various features and then pick the ones you think will be most helpful to you, for most people its the nutrition and fitness trackers. I personally love the interaction and support with teams and enjoy reading member blogs. Use what tools work for you. I look forward to getting to know you as we work towards our goals!

Hey there,

I'm new here and I'm looking to get fitter and lose a little weight. I'm really into sport and working out but I never seem to be able to push it to lose any weight. So I've been having abit of a tough time and am stuck in a plateau at the moment that I can't seem to get out of, so it's really disheartening.

I guess I just looking for someone('s') to share with and discuss any road bumps along the way and also to help me us the site which is just a tad confusing! The favour will be returned definitely!!
