Hi Lisa. Great to have a big goal. Try to change one thing a week and build each week with something to get to your goal. Example increase water intake to 8 glasses a day Then add six veggies a day to you MR diet etc.

Hi, I'm Lisa. I'm a mom of three. I was diagnosed with diabetes and plan to do a keto diet in order to get it under control. My plan is also to workout 5 days a week. Wish me luck
