emoticon Donít call it a diet. Itís just a life style change. No good or bad foods. All things in moderation. Then you wonít feel like you failed or are deprived.

I have Hashimotos, which has caused many health problems, weight gain being just one thing to deal with. I'm to have a total thyroidectomy on May 14th, and am not wanting to gain any more weight. I already have 60 plus pounds to lose. I do good on a "diet" for about three days, then for some reason I get off track by eating something I shouldn't. I'm determined that I will succeed this time though. I do better with encouragement, and am hoping to find what I need to succeed on here. I need some support.
