Glad you are back. I think we all fall into the same trap. I just got sick of trying to do everything right so I stopped. Everything went up. I put on weight and my sugars are high. Then I came to SparkPeople. This is what I have learned - until I am serious about getting my diabetes under control it won't be under control. I can read all the great stuff about what I need to do but until I decide to do what needs to be done nothing will change. That is the bottom line. I like SparkPeople because they are inspiring and wants you to succeed. emoticon

Hello, my name is Samaria and I am a repeat offender. Like my topic title suggests, I am not consistent with logging, diet or exercise. I am Type 2 (diagnosed November 2010) and didn't take it serious until years later. To make a long story short, I am on meds. The meds are doing exactly what they need to. My last A1C was 6.6, however, I got complacent. I lost the weight but stopped doing what I needed to keep the weight off. My next appointment is next month and I need to kick start this program all over again. I was here on SP before and now I am back!! emoticon
