Concentrate on the positives of your life. I had to do that to get myself under control. Admittedly, not easy if you don't stay focused.

Hi Lynn

I would recommend asking your doctor for a referral to see a registered dietitian who can create a meal plan specific to your needs. I'd also recommend checking out our Limited Mobility Lifestyle Center because all of those exercises can be done from a seated position:

Try not to focus on the past, but rather think about what you can do from this moment forward to start improving your health. You have control over what happens next. You can do it!

Coach Jen

"You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing that we call "failure" is not the falling down but the staying down." Mary Pickford

"No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch."

hi. My name is Lynn. I'm a 65-year-old uncontrolled diabetic for many years on multiple meds and 2 types of insulin. I'm 100 lbs overweight, need both knees replaced and depressed. I need a simply, sound plan I can stick with before all this kills me.
