When I'm not able to get outside and walk I get on my treadmill in my home for at least 10 minutes, plus aerobics. After exercising I always feel good .

I am James. I have type 2 diabetes. My goal is to lose weight ( which is 233 lbs. as of this morning.) Exercise and eat better. I have set my first goal. Try to remove as much sugar as possible for 30 days. Also get back to walking and working out 5 days a week. I had started walking and exercising 3 weeks ago, but have slow down due to health issues with my mother. But I plan on getting back on track soon. I live in Greenville, SC. I am looking to join a running group and run more 5ks, and add a10k soon.
