Hi Henry. When I started to track my eating and exercise, I had a hard time, especially with portions. I continued to log everything, no matter how good or bad I did. Now I'm on day 75 and things have become easier and better. Good luck and keep tracking. Be patient and take it one day at a time.

Welcome to our team. Be sure to count your carbs and keep your sugar in check. Exercise even if it's only a short 10 minute walk. That will help keep your blood sugar down. Be sure to read nutritional labels and find out what's in the food you eat. Balance yourself accordingly. Good luck.
