Awesome that you've gotten off your meds. I find with exercise, I must do it in the morning or I won't do it at all. So my strategy is exercise after breakfast. I also find an enhanced sense of well being after I exercise.

hi the finding time for exercise is tough, but I found something great on sparkpeople - check out the videos, there are some you can do sitting at the computer and they are quick, 9 mins, 11min , 12 mins. I started them the other day and if I walk the dog that's about 25 mins and just 1 of those quick videos and I have done over 30 or 40 mins of exercise.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Trish and I need to lose 50 lbs. I was diagnosed with diabetes back in 2002 when my mom was passing and I have used food as comfort instead of as a means to live. I have read and followed the 30 days diabetes cure book, and almost at 30 days of it and I have lost 14 lbs. I figured I definitely need support and encouragement from others, so guess what? You guys are it. I see most inspiring stories here and think this will be a great group for me to be part of. I know we can do it, and I hope to encourage also. Exercise is my biggest blunder. So I need all the encouragement I can get on this. I have gotten off all my diabetes meds at this time, so that is a great start for me.
