emoticon Diana, I'm have done a low carb and lose 58 lbs. I'm presently gone back to a combination of cal count and modified low carb. emoticon

Hi, I'm Anita. I do low carb. I eat between 25-50 carbs per day. Not even close to the 120 carbs per day the diabetic nutritionist recommended to the whole class. Since being diagnosed in August 2014 I have lost 108 lbs. I have 15 to go. Since going low carb, I have come off of Metformin and my last A1C was 5.0. It's all about taking control and making good health choices.

I am not really doing low carb but i should be since I'm prediabetes.
