If you are part of the diabetes program, the meal plans are automatic. You'll need to leave that program for the meal plans to go away. Let me know if you need instructions on how to do that.

Maybe it would help if you removed diabetes from your profile. I know when I was trying to enter foods, it would tell me I was deficient in things. I am doing low carb, which is very effective for diabetes, but it is against ADA guidelines, so Sparkpeople was having a fit. Once I removed it, I could set up my macros in line with my plan. Maybe that would help you.

my name is dave and have been with sparks people a couple years now.i bounce in and out when other things inter fear with entering my entries.anyhow i was following the diabetes diet and was surfing different pages in spark people and don't know what i did but on my menue there are foods listed ,that is a drop down list for each meal how do i get rid of this section
