You are not alone.

We all feel that way now and then. I was feeling that way myself the last day or so.

Are you on an eating plan that is working for you? I know it's harder for us older ladies to lose. My husband and son don't get it.

I have lost 36 pounds since January doing low carb. This is slow for low carb. I'm old and insulin resistant so this is why I'm slow. My problem is that I am halfway to my goal and I am only down 1 1/2 pant sizes (my pants were pretty tight when I started.) I am worried my belly will not go down sufficiently even if I get to goal.

If you haven't started yet, then today is the day.
