Wow, you are a survivor! And knowing how sensitive your body is to changes is a big plus, since many people aren't that aware. Also, I bet you are into peri-menopause, which is going to throw your system into some chaos. It may be that weight loss is not your biggest issue for a while, emoticon I found that those 10 years or so of peri-menopause were eased by walking outdoors at least half an hour a day, every day, and taking some vitamin and mineral supplements. (It was the only time in my life when I could feel the difference supplements can make.)

Hang in there (and you have already proved you can do that quite well)....

I have Type 1 Diabetes since the age of 11. This year will mark 34 years since my diagnosis. My body is very sensitive to the smallest changes so my struggle with losing weight has always been the battle with low blood sugars. I am hoping that with the support of others I can get this weight off, feel better, and have better control of my diabetes.
