Going to try to keep this short and sweet.
I'm insulin resistant atm, but after having 2 kids and being diagnosed with gestational diabetes with each pregnancy AND with pretty much everyone on my father's side of the family having diabetes along with my brother... I'm on the fast track to getting it myself if I don't try to get myself healthier.
As of this morning, I'm 211lbs and NEED to lose weight. I have a Christmas goal of losing 30lbs and I intend to get there and beyond.
I'm super motivated and ready to get this going.
I think doing this 8 week challenge will just help keep me motivated and help me to achieve a healthier self.
