Great that you are making changes. The easiest way is to begin walking. Don't worry about speed or distance ate first. Just keep walking 10 minutes. When that becomes doable walk 20 minutes. I walk in the water. I figured out I am only doing 1 mph but it is helping me and I can walk further on land now. I am also using a lot less insulin. I am type 2 so I have some different things to watch out for than you do. You can do it.

i'm currently not eating to many carbs so this should also help you too. i'm sorry to here that you have so many complications with your diabetes as i can only imagine what you are going through. i do here what you are saying about wanting to see you dear daughter grow up. i have had this for around 3 years in sept. so i also have been able to lose some weight. i was at 289 at that time. i seem to eat allot of vegs. and not so much on the starches. i do measure everything that i eat from home. whenever i go out to eat i just eat the chicken and try not to eat anything else. this stuff may help you as well.

If I eat a carb after supper, it cries out for company. I am not going to eat after supper tonight. I will "offer it up" for you.
