Good for you....I did the 5K program and it works really well to get you prepared to actually RUN a race. I found it progressive and I actually ended up being able to run 5K and believe me I was NO runner when I have inspired me to redo the program as it has been a few years since I did any running as I suffered from Plantar's fasciatis.....Good Luck....hugs

I've decided to see if I can do more now than I could in college - in terms of running. Hoping this will also help drop a few pounds and inspire my kids to be healthy. Been walking since January and time to make some increases. I've never been a runner - so who know how this will go!
