Today is the first day of the rest of my life and i would like to rejoin the spark team. i need some pointers as to what you guys are doing and how i should get started. i am a member of a gym and i'm ready to change my life totally. all the help you guys give me would be most helpful! i need to be on a slow team. by saying slow i mean one that loses first slow! don't know why, but i eat right 90% of the time and i generally exercise 3 to 4 times per week, for 45 mins to an hour. but i'm not losing anything! but i did eat rather crazy this holiday season, but that's the only time i'm off key. eat lots of vegetables and fruits and my main drink intake is water, some juice, and lots of smoothies! but i also have a slight thyroid issue going on and my metabolism is not moving at all. Please Help, please!!!
