If you are referring to the Spark 5K training then my suggestion is you start again...I found that checking in daily, logging on Spark helped me stay accountable....if you begin again, you can strenthen your foundation and feel success sooner as your body has already developed strength for your first attempt at the program. It really is very well done...I am happy to be a check in point for you....just add me as a friend and I will be looking for an update from you once you decide to begin......you also need to set aside 30 mins 3/4X a week for yourself to get this done around your home or park nearby...I chose 30 mins a day so I could do strenth building or Yoga for Runners which protected against plantars fasciatis.....you can do this kiddo ...Hugs
